This isn't meat you feel guilty about...

We raise the beef ourselves, and focus on producing grass-fed & finished beef that improves both human health, and the planet. We are committed to farming regeneratively, using no hormones, antibiotics, herbicides, pesticides, or any chemical or artificial substance. We intentionally manage our land and livestock to improve the environment and just fit into the natural cycles of the ecosystem. With well-managed grazing on diverse grasses, the plants are actually pulling carbon out of the atmosphere and depositing it in the ground where it benefits the plants.

We don't raise our own chicken or pork, so we source both from some traditional Mennonite farms in our area. Both the chicken and pork are raised outdoors on pasture, frequently being moved to fresh grass. They are also fed organic, non-GMO grains. They are managed humanely, and enjoy life the way chickens and pigs were meant to live.

These meats, raised in sync with the rest of the ecosystem, are not average, run-of-the-mill meats. Each cut has a distinct, delicious flavour that is sure to prompt ooh's and aah's around your table. Plus, the natural lifestyle creates meat products with very high nutrient-density, giving you the peace of mind of knowing you're supplying yourself and your family with only the healthiest food.
