Steaks:
Our steaks are highly marbled and have a natural flavour you won't find anywhere else. If you've tried grass-fed & finished beef before, you may believe it always has poorer marbling. However this is not the case. Through managed grazing on high-quality grasses, we've developed steaks with superb marbling and flavour.
Roasts:
Our beef roasts are 2-4 lb. each and provide the perfect comfort food to put in the crockpot or roast in the oven. They are leaner cuts of meat, but very juicy when done low and slow. Just don't overcook them! They'll come out with an unbeatable flavour and tenderness!
Ground Beef
Our Lean Ground Beef has and 80/20 lean/fat ratio. This is ground beef like you'll find nowhere else. It's flavourful and tender, ideal for stir fries, tacos, etc. or just grill it as patties.

Straight from our farm near Gorrie, ON! We raise the cattle ourselves with no middleman involved. As local as you can get!
How much freezer space do I need?
This box takes up less than 1 cubic foot of freezer space. Less than half of a standard size refrigerator freezer.
When will my order be delivered?
Within 2 weeks of your order date. We'll send you a confirmation email once it's all packed up to let you know when to expect delivery.
When does my meat need to be in the freezer?
As soon as possible after delivery. At room temperature, meat in the box won't begin to thaw for about 1 hour, but generally you should get your meat into the freezer as soon as possible.
